Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Psycholo gy/ Business
Administration/ Degree in Social Sciences.
2.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
3.Having deep knowledge and exposure on performance management, people
development, competency assessment and talent management.
4.Good communication and presentation skills
5.Proficiency in English language both in verbal and written communication
6.Ability to use MS Windows and MS Office
7.Ability to work independently or in a team
8.Prefer having experience in insurance/banking/ financial institution

B.Pension Admin Staff (CODE: PAS)
(Jakarta Raya - Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

1.Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from any disciplines.
2.Proficient in administration and filing system.
3.Computer literate, minimum MS. Word and MS. Excel.
4.Competent to elaborate in detail, doing follow up and monitoring
5.Able to work independently or in a team.

C.Pension Accounting Staff (CODE: PAcS)
(Jakarta Raya - Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

1.Minimum graduated Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting/ Finance.
2.Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting.
3.Proficient in administration and filing system.
4.Having knowledge to make journal and financial report.
5.Computer literate (MS Office), especially in accounting application.
6.Competent to elaborate in detail.
7.Able to work independently as well as in team.

D.Assistant Manager of Pension Customer Service Department (CODE: AMPCSD)
(Jakarta Raya - Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

1.Graduated Bachelor Degree (S1) from any disciplines.
2.Minimum 6 years experience in Financial or 5 years experience in
Insurance Industry.
3.Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor of subordinates.
4.Proficient in MS Office application, minimum Spreadsheet, MS. Word
and Power Point.
5.Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
6.Focus on customer necessity.
7.Strong leadership with ability to interact and communication with
all levels
8.Good organizational and delegation skill.
9.Having experience in training and developmental.
10.Competence as a problem solver.

E.Pension Customer Service Staff (CODE: PCSS)
(Jakarta Raya - Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

1.Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from any disciplines.
2.Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Industry.
3.Posses’ excellent presentation skill.
4.Excellent computer skills in MS. Word, MS. Excel and Power Point.
5.Proficient in correspondent and filing system.
6.Focus on customer necessity.
7.Able to work individual as well as in team and having good
communication skill (active learning)
8.Proactive, able to do follow up and monitoring.
