CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST (Job Code : CSA)
Responsible for auditing customer satisfaction programs in dealer/AHASS to ensure implementation of customer service standard.
The candidates should posses following requirements :
- S1 graduated from reputable universities. Statistic/Math background
would be an advantage.
- Has a good analytical and systematical way of thinking.
- Has a warm, friendly, and positive personality.
- Has a strong interpersonal and good communication skill.
- Enjoys dynamic work-environment and frequent traveling.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER (Job Code : CST)
Responsible for developing and delivering best customer service (CS) training required to continuously enhance people’s CS awareness, knowledge, and skill.
The candidates should posses following requirements :
- S-1 graduates from reputable universities, any disciplines.
- Has strong experience in developing and delivering high-impact training program.
- Fluent with various training & development methods and tools.
- Likes to teach, share, and develop others.
- Has a great energy to execute comprehensive training programs.
- Has a warm, friendly, and positive personality.
- Analytical and has a logical way of thinking.
PHYSICAL NETWORK DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Job Code :PN)
Responsible for designing and monitoring internal development project at PT. Daya Adira Mustika.

- S-1 graduates from reputable universities, major in Civil Engineering.
- Has min. 1 year experience as site engineer would be an advantage.
- Computer literate especially in autocad.

- Abel to quickly adapt with new situation and environment.
