MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OPERATION
You will get a comprehensive training in ACC Management Trainee Program (AMTP) for about 6 moths, consists of in class & on the job training. AMTP is a fast track program, designed to provide basic knowledge and direct practice in our core business to prepare trainees as management associates.
The right candidate should:
* Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2,75)/Master degree (GPA min. 3,25) from reputable university
* Fresh graduates or max 2 years experience
* Students who will be graduated in next 2 months are encouraged to apply
* Max 27 years old
* Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
* Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
* Proficient in English
* Willing to be located throughout Indonesia (is a must)
