SECRETARY (Finance Background)

Major Job & Responsibility:

* You will be responsible for handing all of the secretarial duties such as
* handling correspondence, arranging meeting and travel itineraries,
* coordinating filing system and other related administration duties, with good knowledge of Finance area.

Qualifications:

* Female, Single, max 28 years old
* Preferably hold bachelor degree of Finance & Accounting. Diploma degree from Secretarial academy are welcome to apply
* Having knowledge about Finance
* Have a minimum of 2 years experiences as secretary
* Have broad knowledge about administration matters with good filling ability
* Key attributes for the position is high maturity and confident level, sound initiative and proactive skill, good interpersonal and communication skill. Strong attention to detail as well as ability to work under tight schedule is preferred
* Fluent in English (both oral & written)
* Computer Literate (Ms. Office Project is a must)
* Excellent English capacity (oral & written)
* Mandarin speaking candidate is highly preferred
