Responsibilities:

3. Coordinate and optimize Job Safety Analyses, HAZID, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities throughout the section, in order to enhance safety response and awareness among project personnel.
4. Perform routine scheduled Inspections and audits in the projects and monitor rehabilitation program to ensure safety initiatives are perform.
5. Coordinate and monitor Health and Safety Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Emergency Response Procedures in the project to ensure all plans and procedures are conforming to current project situations.
6. Ensure representation in the preparation of Safety Manuals and Employee HSE Handbooks and that these are available when required by projects.
7. Assist in the preparation and start-up of all new projects including subcontractor HSE assessment to ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
8. Lead by example and have a proactive approach to all safety and environmental related issues.

topographic maps and elevations/sections liaise as a surveyor.

· Providing design brief and the site conditions specifically for
the watsan facilities, features and constraint and determines the best
location and orientation.

· Design and prepare site sketches per site requirement to adapt
plans to site condition. Develop detailed and drawing specification to
enable builders to construct the project.

· Provide the general bills of quantity of specific drawing.

· Ensure all the design and BoQ is in accordance with SNI
(Indonesian National Standard).

· Close collaboration with team in ensuring the drawing & BOQ have
the quality assurance in place.

· Revising the detail design drawing and Bill of quantities if
requested to be changed by the project coordinator (after several checks).

· Responsible to establish The Community water and sanitation
committee at sub village level.Maintain the AutoCAD files and others (back
up), for file filing system purposes.

· Responsible to provide documents to the Quality Control unit for
the filing system purposes.

· If requested, work with project team members to ensure the project
is constructed in accordance with the drawings and specification..

· Prepare and submit reports of site activities and accomplishments.

· Coordinate with logistician to arrange for transport of supplies
and materials from warehouse to sites.

· Prepare training materials for community Water and sanitation
committee (technician).

· Undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time
which are commensurate to the position.

*Qualification :*

- University degree in Accountant or Finance Management or graduation
degree in a related field.

- More than 2 years experienced in international NGO.
- Experience in budgeting, budget tracking & internal control.

1. Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:

* Deliver innovative mechanical designs, fabrication, and specification for production
* Create piece part and assembly level CAD 3D models, drawings and design specifications. Apply Six Sigma design principles to ensure robustness and Design for Manufacturability
* Develop specific mechanical components / mechanisms to be integrated with final product
* Plan, schedule and manage mechanical project deliverables in a coordinated, multi-disciplinary project team environment. Responsible for all mechanical aspects of each project from design through to release to tooling and manufacturing
* Ensure the integrity of all mechanical design outputs, including documentation, revision control, product regulatory testing and approvals, intellectual property opportunities, etc
* Coordinate with other functions outside of R&D including production, product management, outside agencies, vendors, etc
* Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts such as drafting, literature, research, prototype fabrication, experiments, testing, etc. Assist in budget and resource forecasting for departmental activities and technical projects
* Carry out performance optimization, cost analyses, prototyping, and design support for production

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant, preferably specialized in Design
* At least 2-3 year’s of hands-on experience designing mechanical components and assemblies.
* Good knowledge with 2D/3D CAD/ CAM software, preferably Vertex and Solid work, ProEng, and AutoCAD
* Must be able to create parts, multi-component assemblies and dimensioned drawings to company standards. Strong ability with geometric and dimensional tolerance analysis, tolerance stack-up and tolerance optimization.
* Strong background in materials, production fabrication techniques, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and processes including sheet metal processing, other background in injection molding, die-casting and machining will be an advantage.
* Prior experience in a product development / R&D environment is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability in documenting technical work to make the complex simple.
* Emphasis will be placed on candidates who have demonstrated success in taking similar products through the complete design cycle
* Good command of spoken and written English

2. Electronics Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Electronics design and product development, from conceptualization, initial design, prototyping, to implementation
o Embedded system hardware and firmware design
o Digital and analog electronic circuit design
o Power electronics
o PCB design and layout
o PC software for monitoring and control applications
* Carry out performance optimization, cost analysis, prototyping, until production
* Component selection, testing, and evaluation
* Work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all specifications
* Hardware, firmware, and software documentation (design documents, flowcharts, operation manuals, test procedures, etc.)
* Troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging of firmware and hardware for existing products
* Writing of technical specifications for submission to subcontractors for circuit design, firmware coding, contract manufacturing for certain products

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics, with strong background in embedded system design
* Relevant work experience of 2-3 years in a product development / R&D environment
* Strong skills in C programming language
* Experienced in PCB design
* Experience with any of the following will be a plus: DAQ systems (Labview), product safety standards (UL, TUV), EMC testing and countermeasures, PC software development
* Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
* Good command in written and spoken English
* Innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
* Junior positions are available for fresh graduates with strong interests

3. Chemist

Responsibilities:
* Manage small projects
* Manage analytical tests
* Review progress of projects and initiate appropriate actions to achieve project objectives
* Responsible for performing microbiological testing on raw materials and intermediates
* Participate in the development of protocols
* Write project reports
* Manage the microbiological laboratory

Requirements:
* Bachelor / Master degree in Physics Chemistry
* Knowledge of activated carbon
* Prior experience working in chemistry research project or laboratory will be an advantage
* Strong analytical skills, attention to details, meticulous, and good in figures
* Competent in Microsoft Office application
* Familiar to use spectro-chromatography
* Good command in written and spoken English

4. Electrical (Assembly)

Responsibilities:
* Liaising with production supervisor/ engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
* Improve assembly process in order to reduce waste and increase efficiency

Requirements:
* Diploma in Electrical Engineering
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
* Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
* Good command in written and spoken English
* Willing to and able to work in a cross functional team environment

5. Electrical Testing

Responsibilities:
* Liaising with production supervisor/ engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
* Troubleshoot electrical problem and provide fast solution and prevention action
* Conduct electrical safety test

Requirements:
* Diploma in Electrical Engineering
* Able to draw single line drawing
* Have good knowledge in AC motors, relays, electronic ballast, EMC, electrical safety standard, PLC Siemens, etc.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
* Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
* Good command in written and spoken English
* Willing to and able to work in a cross functional team environment
