We are company focuses its Bussiness in Human resources Industry especially in recruitment and staffing with more than 6000 employee in all around Indonesia. Due to our growth we need more talented people to join us and fill the following position:

1. Administration Development Program – Operational (ADP-OP)
2. Administration Development Program – Human Resources (ADP-HR)

Qualification:

• Fresh graduate in any major with GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00). (1)
• Bachelor Degree S1 Psychology GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00). (2)
• Maximum 25 years old.
• Excellent skill using Psychology tools dan some interview experience is preferable (2)
• Dynamic,creative, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitudes
• Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Willing to be located throughout Jateng and DIY

Responbilities

• Recruit employees according to qualification required.
• Implement and/or develop company selection and recruitment process.
• Handling some administrative work related to the position (maintain employee database keep the confindentiality of some documents etc.)
• Maintenance Client and Employee placement.
