food and beverage products. To cope with our rapid growth and
international expansion, we are inviting well-trained high potential
professionals to join our operation in Indonesia for the following
positions:

A.QA Supervisor (QAS) (Jawa Barat - Karawang)

Responsibilities:

1)Good analytical & Communication, Work on Shift, Personal Hygiene
Awareness, Self Initiative
2)Responsible for quality engineering as well as providing support to
incoming and in-process quality operations. Performs failure benchmark
testing, localization and destructive/ nondestructive analyses to
determine the physical defect.
3)Give the necessary methodological and technical tools to improve
quality to the plants and development groups
4)Implement the quality policy within the production departments
5)Ensure the consistency of the plants quality systems with this policy
6)Measure the products and services quality through the follow-up of
indicators and the realization of periodical quality statements.
7)Clarify and realize internal and external quality audits
8)Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

1)Education background Degree in Food Tech or Chemistry
2)Having 2-3 experience in same position
3)Good knowledge in HACCP, ISO, Safety, and SAP
4)Computer literate
5Able to speak and write in English fluently
6)Required language(s): English.

B.QA & Food Safety Manager (Jawa Barat - Karawang)

Responsibilities:

1)Responsible to plan, organize, direct, develop and provide
leadership to achieve DBI’s quality control objectives in the areas
of supplier quality acceptance, engineering quality into the product
and process, production inspection, provide technical and quality
control support all departments including production, engineering,
PPIC, logistic, R&D and marketing to achieve consumers satisfaction at
the lowest production cost

Requirements:

1)Male/Female
2)Education background Degree in Food Tech or Chemistry
3)Having 2-3 experience in same position
4)Good knowledge in HACCP, ISO, Safety, and SAP
5)Computer literate
6)Able to speak and write in English fluently
7)Preferred language(s): English.

C.Payroll Staff (Jawa Barat - Karawang)

Requirements:

1)Male / Female
2)Minimum D3 from reputable university with English Language ability &
computer literate.
3)Having minimum 1 years of experience in handling Payroll.
4)Able to interact at all levels within the organization.
5)Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
6)Preferred language(s): English.

D.QA Analyst Staff (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Timur)

Requirements:

1)Hold D3 analyst, Or SMA Kejuruan Kimia Analyst with minimum 3 years
working experience.
2)Minimum GPA 2.75
3)Experience in Food & Beverages (esp. Dairy) would be a great advantage.
4)Maximum age 28 years old.
