1.DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (DPM)
Qualification :
* Male with age maximum 45 years old
* Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology
* Having 8 years experience in open pit coal mining area,
* 2 years in managerial position
* Having knowledge about SHE,PROD & ENG
2. SECTION HEAD
* Engineering (ENG)
* Production (PROD)
* Plant (PL)
* Safety Health Environment (SHE)
Qualification :
* Male with age maximum 40 years old
* Bachelor degree related to each position
* Having a minimum 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area, 2 years in managerial position
3. SUPERVISOR
* Engineering (SPV-ENG)
* Production (SPV-PROD)
* Plant (SPV-PLANT)
* Safety Health Environment (SHE)
Qualification :
* Male with age maximum 35 years old
* Bachelor degree related to each position
* Having minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining
* Having a second class blasting certificate for PROD
4. GROUP LEADER
* Engineering (GL-ENG)
* Production (GL-PROD)
* Plant (GL-PLANT)
* Safety Health Environment (GL-SHE)
Qualification :
* Male with age maximum 27 years old
* Bachelor / Diploma degree related to each position.
* Having minimum 2 years experience as a GL in open pit coal mining
* Have a second class blasting certificate for PROD
