Legal Officer

Requirements:

1. Graduates from a reputable Academy/University, majoring in Law. GPA min. 2,80;
2. Experienced, min. 2 year;
3. Age max. 30 years;
4. Understand legal aspects of financing business/banking operation;
5. Ability to give legal opinions in business agreements, meetings, etc.
6. Ability to work under pressure;
7. Fluent in English (capable to compose letters & communicate in English);



Job Description:

1. Giving legal opinions;
2. Review agreements;
3. Monitor legal aspects of any corporate actions.
