Our Client, one of the fastest growing IT Company which manufactures and distributes personal computers, notebooks, servers, monitors, and accessories, is looking for a dynamic people to fill up the position of:
SERVICE LOGISTICS MANAGER
( Jakarta Raya )
Reporting to the Costumer Service Manager; the main purpose of the role and key responsibilities are:
- Develop, and coordinate department plan in order to meet department objectives effectively and efficient.
- Control and review the implementation of department plan as to ensure it is implemented in appropriate manner.
- Review weekly and monthly report regarding parts management (stock aging, RMA, parts consumption, shortage, etc).
- Propose department budget and submit to Superior in order to get superior approval.
- Monitor the activities in Service Logistics department in order to ensure the implementation of ISO procedure is executed consistently.
- Develop subordinate skill and performance through training, coaching and counseling in order to meet department objective.
- Provide recommendation on alternative solution of replacement unit in special case as to meet CSI.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly meeting within own department to update the information and feedback, and set the agreed preventive action as a guidance.
- Monitor the stock level so as to ensure enough buffers to support the warranty consumption.

General Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales in IT Industry and three years in Account Manager position.
- Bachelor Degree in prominent university; preferable coming from IT / Electrical Engineering / Management.
- Effective English communication and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Possesses the highest level of personal and professional integrity.
A personality with ability to lead the solution team, possess strong analytical based on actual data and defines the result with valid justification to provide information for decision making. One also needs to develop new ideas to attract costumers to Acer products, moreover have the capability to professionally approach, persuade, and propose and closing deals. Thus, one must possess strong desires to penetrate, fight and win the deals.
He/she should demonstrated ability to negotiate on various parties to obtain better Term and Conditions, with pleasant personality to influence people to achieve Company Target. As such, the potential candidate must seize high diplomatic skills to persuade, convince and motivate other parties to obtain agreement or solution for an action planning. These skills are also should be equipped with high skills to easily approach and build relationship with costumers and partners.
