Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age 30 - 35 years old
* 5 years experience in banking industry at HR function is a must; min. 2 years experience as Recruitment Manager
* Have a perfect knowledge and experience in handling organization management, man power plan and recruitment process
* Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill and strong leadership
* Min. S1 education level at psychology; Computer and English literate is a must
