A Private commercial bank is opening the opportunity for talented banking professionals to share its passion for excellence in its new business direction as a wholesale bank serving the microfinance industry for the following positions :
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Hold a ACCA/ICMA/CPA is a must and MBA degree would be advantage
- Experience in accounting, audit & finance
- Manage the annual operating budget based on the companys Business plan
- Prepare all financial reporting to the management including preparation & dissemination of monthly unaudited operating & financial reports annual audited financial statements, periodic reports, etc.
2. Finance and Accounting Manager
- S1 degree in Finance, Accounting and economic or related field in proven background in accounting function
- Experienced as manager in a bank especially in the accounting unit in a bank head office and fully familiar with all espect of bookkeeping, reporting, financial, management and risk management, internal control, budgeting and producing of policies and procedures.
3. Risk Manager (RM) & Compliance Manager (CM)
- S1 Degree in Engeenering, Finance, Economics, or related field in back and middle office within a bank
- Experience in managing a team to define and deliver strategies to aid supporting business growth
4. Operation Manager ( OM )
- S1 Degree In Engeeneering, Finance, economics or related field in back and middle office within a bank
- Experienced in managing a team to define and deliver strategies to aid supporting business growth and realizing processing efficiencies
- Ability to provide internal and external clients with a high level of service
5. Account Officer (AO)
- Male/Female age 30 years
- S1 degree holder
- Experience in micro finance and SME
- Have good market portofolio and database
- Use to work with financial target as a key performance indicator : loan portofoli, fee base income, loan quality, new loan customer, audit rating.
6. Funding Officer (FO)
- Female, max age 28 years
- S1 Degree holder
- Experience in a funding division within a bank
As a general requirement for position 1-5, the candidate/applicant should have :
- Experience in bank min 5 years (except no 1-10 years, for no 6 & 7 min 2 years)
- Graduated from a well known university
- Proven leadership capability and excellent interpersonal skills with an willingness to work in a diverse team environment
- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
