CUSTOMER SERVICE

Main Responsibility:
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of pick-ups and service information

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
- Minimum having 1 year of experience as customer service or related background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa and English languages
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
- Computer literate
- Emotionally mature and patient
- Persistent personality
