1.CDP
a.Male / Female, below 30’s
b.D3 Tourism
c.Have min 2 years of solid experience at the same position in Restaurant/Hospitality Operation
d.Experience in Western / Italian food is a must
e.Has strong Kitchen Management Skill, such as:
* F&B Financials (Calculation Cost, Cost Issues and Solutions)
* Hygiene Programs
* Food Quality Control
* Kitchen Operation

2.Demi Chef

a.Male / Female, below 30’s
b.D3 Tourism
c.Have min 2 years of solid experience at the same position in Restaurnt/Hospitality Operation
d.Experience in Western / Italian food is a must
e.Has strong Kitchen Management Skill, such as:
* Basic Cooking
* Hygiene Programs
* Food Quality Control
* Kitchen Operation

3.Cook

a.Male / Female, below 30’s
b.D3 Tourism
c.Have min 1 years of solid experience at the same position in Restaurant/Hospitality Operation
d.Experience in Western / Italian food is a must
e.Has strong Kitchen Management Skill, such as:
* Basic Cooking & Cutting
* Know Western Kitchen Terminology
* Food Quality Control
* Kitchen Operation

a. Male / Female, min 25 year old
b. have working experience in F&B industry with min 1 year
c. honest, discipline and able to manage employee duties
d. able to handle sales report and achieve sales target

2.Waitres/ses

a.Male / Female, 20 - 25 year old
b.Min 170 cm height (male), Min 160 cm height (female), Good appearance, energetic and outgoing person
c.Able to work with flexible working hours
d.Customer Oriented
