Responsibilities:

* Objectives:
- Become the key link between the company and medical and healthcare professionals. Responsible for achieve sales target by present scientific and medical information to doctors and other healthcare professional.
* Major Responsibilities:
- Work effectively establish and maintain successful customer relationship
- Increase the awareness and use of a company’s pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts and hospitals.
- Make presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals, as well as working with contacts on a one-to-one basis
- Ensure that formularies contain the product
- Closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales service
- Plan work, schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Generally you will have your own regional area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions in that area
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
- Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations;

6. Ensure representation in the preparation of Safety Manuals and Employee HSE Handbooks and that these are available when required by projects.
7. Assist in the preparation and start-up of all new projects including subcontractor HSE assessment to ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
8. Lead by example and have a proactive approach to all safety and environmental related issues.

I.Operational Staff (OS) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Experience in freight forwarding company min 1 years
* Have good relationship, can working by team
* Have a wide networking on shipping line and freight forwarding

II.Accounting / Finance (ACC) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Min 2 years experience in Human Resources Dept.
* Fluent in spoken and written English will be advantage
* Have good relationship, can working by team
* Male or Female
* Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting
* Knowledge in Brevet A, B in Tax Law
* Preferably Experience in Tax Consultant Firms

III.Customer Services (CS) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Experience in freight forwarding company min 1 years
* Fluent in spoken and written English will be advantage
* Have good relationship, can working by team
* Male or Female
* Min D3 graduated
* Have a wide networking on shipping line and freight forwarding

IV.Marketing Executive (ME) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Experience in freight forwarding company min 1 years
* Fluent in spoken and written English will be advantage
* Have good relationship, can working by team
* Male or Female
* Min D3 graduated
* Having a lot of loyal Customers
* Have a wide networking on shipping line and freight forwarding

V.Human Resources ( HRD ) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Min 2 years experience in Human Resources Dept.
* Fluent in spoken and written English will be advantage
* Have good relationship, can working by team
* Male or Female
* Min D3 graduated
* Able to built good management and team
