Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager
(Residential, Retail , Business Space, Investment)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and able to formulate marketing strategies, develop new account and maintain existing client relationships
Develop and implement short and long term customer plans in line with marketing strategies to achieve targets.

Consultancy & Research Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Ability to analyze and prepare statistical data, conduct market feasibility and other real estate studies to advise clients plus provide general administrative support
Requirements for all positions
Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or Marketing or Finance
Min 2 years of related experiences and more for senior positions
Effective communication skills in English is a MUST (written and spoken)
