Responsibilities: This position is responsible to plan, coordinate and ensure the maintenance in accordance with a predetermined schedule for all existing machines in the Secondary and ensure availability of spare parts for all machines in the secondary in order to reduce machine down time caused by the availability of spare parts.
Requirements: – Education D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electro – Experience min. 3 years of field maintenance (especially the tobacco industry)

Job Responsibility

* To supervise and run five directly employed workforce.
* To issue and control daily works schedule.

Summary

Qualifications
-University degree in social sciences (preferably in the Netherland or abroad)
-Min 5 years experience in development aid or in capital building corporation and min 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in international organizations
-Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment, proactive attitude.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indoensia, Knowledge of Dutch will be an advantage.
