Garuda Indonesia Management Trainee Program

General Requirements

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI)
2. Min holds Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from reputable university
3. GPA min 3.00 (S1) and 3.25 (S2) with 4.00 scales
4. Body height min 165 cm for male and min 160 cm for female
5. TOEIC Score min 600
6. Good command of English and Indonesian
7. Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
8. Strong sence of creativem innovatiove and able to think out of the box
9. Cooperative, discipline, and able to work as a team
10. Willing to be posted in Garuda Indonesia's branch offices, domestic and international

Management Trainee for Flight Operation Officer (Code : MTK)

Requirements

• Any major in university are welcomed to apply, but particularly attended Science Class (IPA) in high school
• Max age 25 years old (S1) and 27 years old (S2)

Management Trainee for Finance & Accounting (Code : MTA)

Requirements

• Majoring in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, and Economic
• Max age 27 years old (S1) and 30 years old (S2)

Management Trainee for Marketing & Sales (Code : MTS)

Requirements

• Any major in university are welcomed to apply, majoring in Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, Commerce, Communication, and Management would be an advantage
• Max age 27 years old (S1) and 30 years old (S2)
