General Requirements:

• Well communicate in English, both oral and written

• Must be having good computer literacy - Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, and Visio). 

- Ability to work on his/ her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team

- Ability to work fast, multi-task and tight deadlines

- Familiar with Code and Standard, both Local Standards (SNI) and International Codes/ Standards, ASME, API, TEMA, AS, BS and other International Standards – for Engineer position applied only

1. Jr. Civil/ Structue Engineer

• Max.4 years experiences in designing steel building structure (preferring in mining industry), from loading, framing, modeling (using SAP 2000 or STAAD Pro or other software), connection detailing, designing foundation includes anchor. 

• GPA min. 3,0 (scale A = 4)

2. Lead Civil/ Structure Engineer

• Min. S1 degree (higher degree is preferred) 

• Min. 15 years experience in engineering design, especially in mining structures – civil/ structure/ geotech

• Understands engineering design process, from creating basic documents (specifications, design basis, etc.) up to detailing documents (calculating, drawing, etc) 

• Having ability to work with engineers in other Departments (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), coordinating the jobs, supervising and monitoring/ directing subordinate. 

• Skillful analysis software (SAP 2000/ Staad Pro/ Prokon, etc.) and excellent in Excel (spreadsheet) and other office software. 

• Understand and master in detailing works (connections, anchors, embed plants, etc)

3. Mechanical Engineer

• Minimum S1 / bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering

• Above 10 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience will be an advantage. 

• Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. will be an advantage

• Able to execute design and engineering calculation, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ package and TBE. 

• Able to manage designer and drafter. 

• Knowledge on mining bulk material handling system will be an advantage. 

• Knowledge on Fabrication will be an advantage.

4. Lead Mechanical Engineer

• Minimum S1 / bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering

• Above 15 years experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience will be an advantage. 

• Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. will be an advantage

• Able to execute design and engineering calculation, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ package and TBE. 

• Able to manage and supervise engineer, designer and drafter

• Knowledge on Fabrication will be an advantage.

5. Jr. Project Secretary

• Min. Diploma of Secretarial or equivalent practical experience 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project secretarial or similar role preferably within the industry.

6. Contract/ Commercial Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Law, or equivalent practical experience

• Min. 5 years of experience in procurement and contracting for EPC, EPCM, construction and other services related. 

• Good understanding of FIDIC terms & conditions, Incoterms 2001, tax regulations, insurance and risk management.

7. Project Coordinator

• Bachelor degree in Technical, preference Civil or Mechanical. 

• Min. 15 years experience in EPC projects, oil & gas, mining and infrastructure. 

• Strong exposure in engineering in the past with some experience in construction at site. 

• Much advantage if has experience in feasibility study. 

• Much advantage if has experience in estimating and scheduling as well.

8. Designer (for all discipline)

• Familiar with Designer Software, such as AUTOCAD, ETAP, SAP 2000, etc
