Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibility:

Handles assistance and information to customers that will be done mostly by telephone

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma education/school certificate or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year work period in the latest position (fresh graduates are welcome)
* Good interpersonal skills

Detail Oriented

* Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
* Computer literate
* Emotionally mature and Patient
* Persistent personality
* Strong customer service orientation
* English Fluency in written and spoken
